These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Prime Tender Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”).

By engaging our services or making payment, you agree to these terms.

Prime Tender Solutions provides professional tender writing and related consultancy services across healthcare, recruitment, construction, and other sectors.

Services may include:

• Selection Questionnaire (SQ) / PQQ completion
   
• ITT tender responses
   
• Tender review and refinement
   
• Compliance mapping
   
• Submission support
   

The scope of work will be agreed prior to commencement.

We operate on a flat-fee pricing model unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Full payment is required before work commences.
   
• Payment is processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
   
• All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
   

We reserve the right to refuse commencement of work until payment has cleared.

While we aim to produce high-quality, compliant submissions and maintain a strong success rate:

• We do not guarantee contract award.
   
• Tender decisions are made solely by the contracting authority.
   
• Outcomes depend on competition, scoring panels, and external factors beyond our control.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
   
• Supply requested documents and evidence promptly.
   
• Review drafts within agreed timeframes.
   
• Confirm final approval before submission.
   

We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete information.

Upon full payment:

• The final tender submission becomes your property.
   
• Prime Tender Solutions retains the right to use anonymised content templates and general methodologies for future work.
   
• We will not disclose confidential client information.
   

All information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

We will not share your information without consent, except where legally required.

The agreed fee includes reasonable revisions within the original scope of work.

Additional revisions or material changes outside scope may incur additional charges.

Due to the nature of consultancy services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
   
• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative costs.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service.
   
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
   
• We are not responsible for decisions made by contracting authorities.
   

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
